“Working retail pharmacy is still my greatest passion, but I didn't realize how this pandemic would really affect our customers and staff. The BIGGEST challenge seems to be just reassuring our customers that basic necessity items will be available soon. Also that we must place limits on the number of items that can be purchased.

Another challenge is staying calm and informed about the facts of this pandemic. It's important to find laughter during this crisis just to ease one's mind. Have a true passion to help people and be patient enough to even answer ALL the silly questions daily.”
